Amplify - Level 1 Band
Learn the fundamentals. Build confidence. Play your first show!
THURSDAYS • 4-5pm • Fall Semester, Spring Semester & Summer Break Sessions
Thie Amplify Band Class program is designed to give young musicians the chance to experience what it's like to be in a band. Players will learn to play fun and well known songs together in weekly 60 minute rehearsals. When the semester ends, the Amplify Level Band will perfoirm live on stage in a concert for a live audience!
Who can Join?
Beginner level students ages 8 to 11 that can count to 4 and make it through at least one entire song on their instrument.
What Instruments can join?
- 1-2 Drummers
- 1-2 Bassists
- 1 -3 Guitarists
- 1- 3 Singers
- 1-2 Keyboardists
How many songs will they learn?
Each Amplify session will include at least 5 songs to learn and perform. The songs are pre-selected by the instructor.
How much does it cost?
If you're already a member here, the class can be added to your account for just $44/month. The front desk will convert your account to a Monthly Membership Plus+ Account.
For Non-Members, the class price is $99/month.

Over Drive - Level 2 Band
Expand your skills. Collaborate with a band. Explore new styles of music.
THURSDAYS • 5:15-6:45pm • Fall Semester, Spring Semester & Summer Break Sessions
The Over Drive Band program is designed for intermediate level players to expand their rock band and performance skills. This program features a different theme every semester, making it fun to continue with the band and play different genres of music. At the end of every semester, he Over Drive program performs their songs in concert for a live audience!
Who can Join?
Intermediate level students ages 12 to 17. No previous rock band experience is required, and there are no auditions. The instructor may require an evaluation/consult prior to enrollment.
What Instruments can join?
- 1-2 Drummers
- 1-2 Bassists
- 1 -3 Guitarists
- 1- 3 Singers
- 1-2 Keyboardists
How many songs will they learn?
Each Over Drive session will include at least 5 songs to learn and perform. The songs are pre-selected by the instructor.

Guitar
Required:
- Open Chords
- Power Chords
Suggested:
- Minor Pentatonic Scale
- Basic timing and rhythm skills
- Basic chart reading
- 5th & 6th string note locations
Bass Guitar
Players must possess basic rhythmic knowledge (quarter notes and 8th notes)
Drums
Players must be able to play these in basic grooves:
- "Shuffle" Groove
- "Straight" Rock Groove
Piano/Keyboard
Players should know how to find Major and Minor chords (triads and some 7ths) in most common musical keys.

Full Volume- Adult Band
Perform at your highest level. Master the stage. Become a complete performer.
THURSDAYS • 7:00-8:30pm • Fall Semester, Spring Semester & Summer Break Sessions
The Full Volume band program is designed for adults looking to join a musical group suited for the pace of adult life. Band members will work together on song selections and themes to ensure that everyone is moving forward together to achieve shared goals. Each semester-long class ends with a concert perfomance for a live audience.
Who can Join?
Students and players ages 18+. No previous rock band experience is required, and there are no auditions. The instructor may require an evaluation/consult prior to enrollment. Private lessons may be suggested if acceleration is required to keep up.
What Instruments can join?
- 1-2 Drummers
- 1-2 Bassists
- 1 -3 Guitarists
- 1- 3 Singers
- 1-2 Keyboardists
How many songs will they learn?
Each Full Volume session will include at least 5 songs to learn and perform.
