Fall Season is going to be an exceptional time of growth for students here at DRMA. Whether you're a student joining a group class like Rock Band and finally picking up that guitar to jam alongside others, growing your creativity and confidence in our Choirs, or even performing in a monthly showcase for the first time, there is always a chance to step up to continue growing your passions!

Student Spotlight!
We are extremely proud of student Kanishq for his recent performance at Carnegie Hall. Kanishq has been a student with DRMA since 2022, and we have enjoyed watching his talents develop from the lesson room to the stage. From performing in monthly showcases in the performance center, to taking a leap and performing in NYC International Children's Foundation, Kanishq is always chasing his dreams and is an inspiration to all. Keep killing it Kanishq!

Showcase
Teachers are working hard to help students continue growing their passions, and motivating them to perform in showcases. If your student has not yet signed up for a showcase, we highly recommend having them perform within their first year or so of lessons.
Don’t forget to ask your instructor if they believe your student is ready to take the next step performing on stage! We are here to help each and every student continue progressing in their talents, and the first step is to take the extra leap of faith to perform in front of friends and family alongside others.
We are happy to offer two Showcases the 2nd Saturday of every month @5:30pm, and 7pm to give each student the chance to shine one stage.
If interested in signing up for Showcase please speak to your instructor to join the showcase waitlist to perform soon!
Rock Band Ongoing!
Rock Band is in session and Rock n' Rolling! If your student is looking to jam alongside others, whether they just started playing an instrument or have been playing for years. We highly recommend checking out our Rock Bands to take their skills to the next level!
Joining a Rock Band gives students the opportunity to grow as musicians alongside their peers while strengthening ear training, rhythm, ensemble skills, and performance technique through the songs they love!
Options for students of all ages!

The semester ends with an exciting performance taking place just in time for the holidays.

Come check out our Choirs on a free trial day at any time! Choirs Meet Saturdays between 12-3pm, and/OR Mondays 4-7pm.
Why we started Kids & Teen Pop Choirs at DRMA? AND Why YOU should join!
We believe each student's skills exceptionally sky rocket when they learn in a group environment. Private lessons are extremely beneficial in acquiring the skills to learn an instrument, but once students learn alongside others they start to develop never before seen confidence in themselves. Students tend to become comfortable in a lesson room, fearing needing to perform or showcase their talents stunting their musical development. When a student joins a group class they learn they are not alone in their shyness, and their confidence takes to a whole new level. Students begin to learn how to own the stage, they grow excited in performing and auditioning for roles, strengthening confidence in their talents and individuality. Group classes also strengthen each musician's ear training, performance and more!
These new acquired musicianship skills take you through life as you learn to never fear anything, but always take that extra leap of faith.
Adult Pop Choir - Enrollment Ongoing!
Of course we haven’t forgotten about you, Adults! If you’re looking for a place to strengthen your musical skills, while singing and dancing with others, come check out our Adult Pop Choir anytime on a free trial. All levels welcome!
Adult Pop Choir meets every Wednesday 6:30-8pm.
If you or your student is looking for a fun outlet to build your talents alongside others in an encouraging, energetic environment, we got you.
Please call or visit our front desk to schedule a free trial day for any group classes any time.
Dolly Parton Tribute

As a community of passionate musicians, we are sad to hear Country music legend Dolly Parton passed away this August. She will be remembered for her generous big heart, incredible talents, and wonderful music that will be an inspiration to many across generations for years and decades.
Don’t forget to introduce your family to some of Dolly Parton's most famous hits like ‘9 to 5’, ‘Jolene’, if you haven’t already in Tribute. We can all learn a little something from Dolly.
As Dolly said, “The way I see it, if you want the rainbow, you gotta put up with the rain.” – Dolly Parton
As always we are here if you need anything at all!
